1-230 Sight Words

Families, please make sure your child practices their sight words in the correct order.  They are organized in groups of 25. If your child is having a difficult time with a particular group, focus on 5-10 words at a time and have them master those before adding more to their practice. I will be checking in with students to monitor their progress. Sight word practice can be included as part of your student's daily, Reading At Home (RAH) time. Consistency is key, so a little bit each day is the way to go.  Make sure you celebrate your child's progress, and remember your encouragement is powerful!
