FVSD Superintendent Katherine Stopp shared, “Mrs. Dueñas stood out for her instructional expertise, her commitment to collaboration, and her ability to build strong relationships with students, staff, and families. We are confident she will be a fantastic addition to the Courreges community.”
Her selection followed a rigorous interview process led by a panel that included classroom teachers, elementary principals, and district leadership.
Mrs. Dueñas will officially assume her role on Thursday, August 6, 2026.
