Maddi Bergdahl

Hello! I am Maddi Bergdahl and I’m thrilled to be starting my journey as a first-year kindergarten teacher. Over the past two years, I've gained valuable experience teaching reading intervention and have also had the opportunity to work as a long-term substitute in a 4th/5th grade combo class.

I’m originally from Huntington Beach and went to Talbert Middle School in this district before graduating from CSULB with a bachelor's in general education, an MSCP, and a supplementary authorization in English.

On a personal note, I’m married to my best friend, Matthew Bergdahl, and we celebrated our wedding on June 25th, 2023. This year also marks 11 years of our incredible friendship. We share our home with two beautiful dogs, Bear and Nalu, who bring us endless joy. I’m excited for the year ahead and looking forward to getting to know all of you!
