Welcome to the 2024-2025 School year (almost). I am very excited to spend another year with you and your students! Please read below for some important details about starting the year.

Aeries Parent/Guardian Portal opens on Monday, August 5, 2024. ALL parents/guardians of returning students MUST log in to their Aeries Portal account and verify accurate student information by August 21, 2024. Parent/guardian contact information is utilized from Aeries including email, address and phone numbers. Information in AERIES MUST BE ACCURATE and agreements marked as read before the start of school. It is NOT necessary to print a paper copy after data confirmation is completed.
You can access the FVSD Aeries Parent Portal by going to https://bit.ly/FVSDAeries or by visiting the Cox Elementary Website and clicking on the parent tab on the top of the site. For best results, please use a laptop, Chromebook, or tablet. If you need help, you can come to the Cox Office. The office will be open for summer office hours starting on August 14th 2024 from 8 am until noon. If you need help with data confirmation you can stop by or call us at 714-378-4240.
We will have a Welcome Back Parent Meet & Greet on Tuesday August 27th from 8:30-9:00 am. Students and families can meet their teachers and say hello before the official start of the school year.
The first day of school is Wednesday August 28, 2024.
Student’s classroom assignments will be available through the Aeries Portal, on Friday, August 23 at 4:00 PM. Data confirmation must be completed in order to view the 2024-2025 classroom assignment.
