Mrs. Reed was born and raised in Colorado (go Broncos, Rockies, and Nuggets!) and has lived in Montana, Georgia, and Washington, D.C. She has four dogs and four children. In her spare time, she enjoys counseling college-bound students and helping them write their essays, as well as swimming, hiking, and camping. One of her goals is to camp in all of our national parks - she is at 35. She is active in Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts and her community’s organic garden. She graduated with a degree in Communications with an emphasis in Journalism. Mrs. Reed’s favorite part of teaching Cox’s wonderful students, which she has since 1999, is reading their writing.
